Detox Food Diet To Eliminate Carcinogen

 

A carcinogen is any substance, radionuclide or radiation that is an agent directly involved in the exacerbation of cancer or in the increase of its propagation (Wikipedia). Detox food diet is one way to reduce the growth risk of cancer cells. Fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts can kill carcinogen agents from your body. Let’s follow these fourteen tips of detox food diet to eliminate carcinogen, the cause of cancer.

  1. Follow a detox food diet containing of fruits and vegetables five to nine times a day.

  1. Strictly follow the three times meal every day. Do not eliminate breakfast from your diet! Consume healthy foods of fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts for snack.

  2. Reduce calories from your diet. It can reduce cancer risk and work as an anti aging at the same time.

  3. Reduce refined carbohydrates and sugar from your detox food diet.

  4. If you are not a vegetarian, limit your consumption of herbivore animal’s meat to only six ounces or less. Choose the non fat meat.



 

  1. When you are invited in a barbeque party, make sure that the meat is not well-cooked. Avoid using charcoal for the barbeque and smoked meat, as they contain dangerous chemical substance that can trigger the growth of cancer.

  2. 20-30% fat of your detox food diet must be from fat. Make sure the fat food source contains omega-3 and omega-6, which can be found in avocado, olive, tuna, salmon, and almond.

  3. Choose whole grains instead of refined one. Brown rice and whole wheat would be your best detox food diet choices. These foods will increase fiber absorb and they contain phytochemicals that are important for your body.

  4. Avoid excessive consumption of protein.

  5. Reduce salted foods from your detox food diet. Instead, use nutmeg for spices, as its phytochemical content can help absorbing other phytochemical agent.


 

  1. Limit your alcohol intake, including red wine. Two glasses a day for men, and one and a half glasses a day for women.

  2. Don’t forget to drink six to nine glasses of water every day.

  3. Always keep your weight, and avoid obesity.

  4. Do a frequent exercise. Do 30 minutes or more cardio and weight exercises three days a week. It will increase your metabolism, reduce stress and help you to use your calories more efficiently.

By choosing the right detox food diet, you can eliminate carcinogen from your body, and reduce the risk of cancer.
