Moderate detox method reduce the stored toxins (and fat!) in your system faster than gentle detox. If you are in a weight loss program, you can try this method! However, a moderate detox may cause you some discomfort when toxins and hormones stored in fat cells enter the bloodstream as the body resorts to use the fat to fuel its functions.
