Raw Food - Detox Diet

Have Fruits And Vegetables Diet For A Healthier Lifestyle

Raw food detox diet
or fruit diet is a little slower that in the process than juice or water diet. Raw nuts, fish, or baked chicken are a good source of protein. The diet does not have to be totally raw to work. Dairy products, cooked starches or greasy food will halt the detoxification for several hours.

What Makes Raw Food Good For Our Health ?

Plants have a complex array of enzymes necessary for their life process. When we eat living plant foods we also consume the enzymes used in their life process.

When you eat raw fruits and vegetables, the enzymes will act as a broom that gently sweeps and cleans the intestinal wall. The colon will be kept squeaky clean. This is important because a clean intestine is necessary for health and to heal diseases.
